Prices are fixed for what's listed. Half is paid up front to book your start date and the rest when your site goes live. All prices are the full price: we are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added.

Your hosting and care plan
£20 a month for a Starter website, £25 for a Business website or £30 for an Online shop, by Direct Debit or card. No long contract: start, change or cancel whenever you like.

Sign in with the email you used to sign up. We'll send you a secure link to see your payments, download receipts, update your details or cancel.
Sign in to my planCancel any time
Cancel from your plan page, by emailing [email protected], or through your own bank. If you leave, we hand your website and domain over to you.
Cancel my planPayments and bank details are handled by Stripe's secure pages. We never see or store your bank or card details. Direct Debits are protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee.

Hi, we're Kinetic. We make websites for the people who make a high street worth walking down: the barber who's booked solid till next Friday, the café that starts your order as you walk in, the plumber who turns up when they said they would.
Here's the thing. Most small business websites are a bit… dead. A logo, a phone number and a blurry photo from 2016. Ours actually do something. Coffee pours as you scroll. Jackets switch colour. The barber's chair spins into the light. Your customers stop, have a proper look, and book, order or call you without a second thought.
And talking to us is easy. No waffle. No small print. No "let's circle back". You'll see the price before you ask, you'll understand every word we say, and you can leave whenever you like (you won't want to). You pick the colours, we obsess over the details, and the website and domain are yours. Full stop.

Good to know before you start
How long does it take?
A Starter website takes 1 to 2 weeks, a Business website 2 to 4 weeks and an Online shop 4 to 6 weeks, counted from your go-ahead.
How do I pay?
Half is paid up front to book your start date, and the rest when your site goes live. You get a clear invoice for each.
What do I need to give you?
Your vision in your own words, your three colours, and your logo and photos if you have them. No logo? Logo design is £150. No photos? Photo editing and stock images are £100.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes. Starter websites include 2 rounds of changes and Business websites and shops include 3.
What's in monthly hosting and care?
Your domain name, fast and secure hosting, security updates, backups and small text changes, from £20 a month: £20 for a Starter website, £25 for a Business website and £30 for an Online shop. Need lots of big videos or downloads? Extra file storage is £5 a month per 10 GB.
Who owns my website and domain?
You do. Your domain is registered in your name and your accounts belong to you. If you ever leave, we hand everything over.
I already have a website. Can you improve it?
Yes, and you get 20% off a Business website or Online shop. Tick "I already have a website" in the quote, add your website link to your brief and tell us what you like about it. We keep what works, fix what doesn't and send you three new designs in your colours.
Do you write the words too?
We write the copy with you. If you'd like us to write whole pages for you, copywriting is £60 a page.
Will people find me on Google?
Starter websites include the Google basics. Business websites and shops link your existing Google Business Profile. Full Google Business Profile setup and optimisation (creating or verifying the profile, categories, photos, services and a review link) is £150 as an add-on.
